Abstract
The present Ordinance amends certain articles of the Seeds Marketing Act of 20 August 1985 (BGBl. I p.1633). The amendments concern, inter alia, article 10 on "Seeds produced abroad", article 11 dealing with competent authorities, article 54 on Survey of seeds. Moreover, the Plant Varieties Act of 11 December 1985 (BGBl. I p. 2170) is also amended. Amendments concern mainly articles 2 and 33. The Ordinance consists of 3 articles.
