First law amending the food and feed code

This law of 24th April 2019 amends the German federal food feed code. It is comprised of 2 articles, article 1 regards change of the Food and Feed Code. Accordingly, Section 40 of the Food and Feed Code as amended on 3 June 2013 (BGBl. I p. 1426), most recently by Article 1 of the Law of 30 June 2017 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 2147), is changed in Paragraph 1a and 4. Insertions are made in paragraph 2 as well as 4a. A sentence is added to 3. In accordance with Article 2, this amendment entered into force 25th April 2019.
