Abstract
The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Chemicals Sanction Ordinance of 24 April 2013. In particular, the Ordinance rewords, inter alia, article 2 on Administrative offences pertaining to Regulation (EC) No. 850/2004. Moreover, the Ordinance adds Part 8 on Administrative offences against Regulation (EC (528/2012); Part 9 on Administrative offences against Regulation (EC) No. 649/2012; Part 10 on Administrative offences against Ordinance (EC) No. 517/2014. The text consists of 3 articles.
