Abstract
The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Groundwater Protection Ordinance. In particular, the Ordinance amends, inter alia, article 5 dealing with composition of groundwater; article 7 concerning threshold values of polluted water in soil; article 8a on Management plans. The text consists of 2 articles.
