Abstract
The present Ordinance introduces some substantial amendments to the Hazardous Goods Transport Ordinance - Road, Rail and Inland Waterways of 17 June 2009 (BGBl. I p. 1389). In particular, the Ordinance amends, inter alia, the table of contents, and article 38 concerning transitional provisions. Furthermore, Annex 2 is amended. The text consists of 4 articles.
