An Ordinance to amend the Ordinance on the protection of potatoes of 10 November 1992 (BGBl. I p. 1887, 1892). An article 1a on Potato diseases shall be inserted after article 1. Moreover, article 6 dealing with monitoring by competent authorities and article 9 concerning bans and limitations on growing potatoes shall be replaced. The Ordinance consists of 3 articles.
