Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Baden-Württemberg Forestry Law. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the marking of forest enclosures. The text consists of 4 articles as follows: Way of marking enclosures (1); Legal prohibition of access and trespassing (2); Transitional provisions (3); Entry into force (4). One Annex is enclosed.
