Abstract
The first Part of the present Ordinance lays down provisions concerning measures on prevention of forest fires. In particular it deals with definition of terms, duties of anybody being in a forest, duties of forest owners and duties and powers of forestry authorities. The second Part concerns rules on fight against forest fires, co-ordination and duties of forest authorities as regards the fight against forest fires. The text consists of 21 articles divided into 3 Parts and 2 Annexes.
