Fourth Act amending the Meat Labelling Act.

The present Act amends the Meat Labelling Act of 26 February 1998 (BGBl. I p. 380). In particular, the Act rewords article 4 on Responsibility for monitoring conferring to the Federal Institute for Food and Agriculture this task; as well as article 6 on Exchange of information. Here too the Federal Institute of Agriculture and Food shall submit all necessary and required data to the competent authorities of the Länder. The text consists of 3 articles.
