Fourth Act amending the Seeds Marketing Act.

The present Act introduces some amendments to the Seeds Marketing Act of 20 August 1985 (BGBl. I p. 1633). In particular, the Act adds an article 57a dealing with the complete list of fruit varieties and common list of fruit varieties establishing that the Federal Office of Fruit Varieties shall publish a complete List of fruit varieties as layed down in this article.
