Fourth law amending the agrarian statistics act

The fourth law amending the Agricultural Statistics Act (Viertes Gesetz zur Änderung des Agrarstatistikgesetzes) of the German Federal Ministry for Nutrition and Agriculture (Bundesministerium für Ernährung und Landwirtschaft) is an amendment of the original Agricultural Statistics Act. It amends in part the table of contents, in changing structure, replacing individual provisions in wording and cutting entire sub-provisions. This legislative amendment is comprised of two articles specifying firstly the substantive amendments undertaken (Article 1) and secondly, stipulates the date of entry into force to be the 14th December 2019 (Article 2).
