Abstract
The present Ordinance amends the Milk Quality Ordinance of 9 July 1980 (BGBl. I pp. 878, 1081). The amendment concerns the replacement of article 1 dealing with criteria of quality (fat level, protein, freezing point, etc.). Furthermore, articles 2 and 4 are amended. The Ordinance consists of 3 articles.
