Abstract
The present Ordinance amends the Ordinance on Quality Requirements for Fruits and Vegetables of 9 October 1971 (BGBl. I p. 1637) as follows: The title shall read: "Ordinance on EC-Normes for Fruits and Vegetables"; some words are replaced in article 2; articles 3 and 3a are repealed; small amendments concerning producers are added to article 4; an article 5 on "Publication in the Official Gazette" is added; moreover the Annex on Index of Common Regulations is also amended. The Ordinance is composed of 3 articles.
