Fruit and Vegetable Producer Organization Implementation Ordinance (OGErzeugerOrgDV).

This regulation governs the recognition of producer organizations, associations and interbranch organizations in the fruit and vegetable sector in accordance with EU legislation. It defines minimum size requirements, such as the minimum number of producers and the minimum value or quantity of marketable production.The operational program, which can be applied for under the regulation, includes a description of the initial situation, objectives, measurable final objectives, proposed measures, duration, financial aspects and the procedure for financing the operational fund. It is important that the programs meet the objectives of the national CAP Strategic Plan and comply with the provisions of the relevant regulations.
