Fruits-Vegetables Production Organization Implementation Ordinance.

The present Ordinance implements provisions on the common organization of the market in fruits and vegetables. In particular, the Ordinance deals, inter alia, with producer groups, producer organizations, action programmes and taking back of goods. The text consists of 20 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Recognition of producer organizations and associations of producer organizations (2); Special Funds und operational programmes (3); Duty to tolerate, cooperate and inform (4); Final provisions (5).
