Abstract
The present Ordinance lays down general provisions relating to contracts to be made with private water contractors. The text – consisting of 37 articles - deals with the following matters: water requirements; conclusion of contracts; kind of water supplied, notification and liability in case of interruption of water supply, prescription, use of land, operation of water plants, inspection of private water installations; right of access, reading of meters, specific use of water and public supply of water.
