Abstract
The present Agreement in form of exchange of letters between the government of the Federal Republic of Germany enables the Government of the Republic of Guatemala or other by both Parties selected beneficiaries to receive a low-interest loan from the German Development Bank for the project «Peaceful living and safe areas for youth in Central Americas» after it has been ascertained that this project contributes to improve gender issues, reduce poverty in general and improve conditions of the environment.
