Abstract
The present Agreement in form of exchange of letters between the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany and the Government of the Republic of Liberia establishes that the German Development Bank shall grant financial contributions to the project “West African Energy Network - Transmission Line Côte d'Ivoire-Liberia-Sierra Leone”
