Abstract
The present Guidelines implement articles 26 and 28 of the Federal Emission Protection Act (BGBl. I p. 3830). Article 1 establishes that for the determination of emissions and pollution by noise, the competent authority may order to carry out measurements. The present Guidelines shall also facilitate and legalize the application of articles 26 and 28 of the Federal Emission Protection Act concerning the establishment of noise emissions. Two Annexes are enclosed.
