Abstract
The present Law lays down provisions relating to the assessment of the effects of certain public and private projects on the environment. The text consists of 2 articles and three Annexes as follows: List of projects subject to environmental impact assessment (1); Criteria for preliminary assessment in specific cases (2); List of plans and programmes subject to strategic environmental impact assessment (3).
