Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Federal Waterways Act in its version of 23 May 2007.The Ordinance lays down provisions relating to limited navigation on the river Elbe in certain nature protection areas belonging to the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg. Article 1 establishes navigation rules for the area of Muhlenberger Loch. Article 2 deals with exceptions and exemptions and article 3 with penalties. The text consists of 4 articles.
