Abstract
The present Ordinance contains general exceptions to the Hazardous Goods Transport Ordinance - Road, Rail and Inland Waterways in its version of 30 March 2015 (BGBl. I p. 366) and the Hazardous Good Ordinance – Sea of 9 February 2016 (BGBl. I p. 182). The text consists of 3 articles and 1 Annex.
