Abstract
The purpose of the present Ordinance is to implement the Council Directive 91/676/EEC of 12 December 1991 concerning the protection of waters against pollution caused by nitrates from agricultural sources. The text consists of 30 articles divided into 7 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Installations to store, fill and handle water-polluting substances (II); Operating of installations (III); Surveillance (IV); Specialized plants (V); Penalties (VI); Competent authorities, transitional and final provisions (VII). One Annex is enclosed.
