Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the federal legislation on transport of hazardous goods. Article 1 establishes that the lower administrative authorities of the Land Baden-Württemberg are entrusted with the enforcement of federal legislation on the afore-mentioned subject. The text consists of 4 articles as follows: Transport of hazardous goods on road (1); Transport of hazardous goods by rail (2); Transport of hazardous goods on water (3); Survey in industries (4).
