Abstract
The present Ordinance enforces the Federal Immission Protection Act in its version of 26. September 2002 (BGBl. I p. 3830). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the correct and efficient implementation of the afore-mentioned Act. The text consists of 8 articles.
