Abstract
The purpose of the present Ordinance is the efficient enforcement of the Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council 2006/87/EC laying down technical requirements for inland waterway vessels and repealing Council Directive 82/714/EEC. The text consists of 6 articles as follows: Sphere of application (1); General clause (2); Admission for traffic (3); Competent authority (4); Penalties (5);Entry into force (6).
