Abstract
The present Ordinance lays down provisions dealing with fishing in Lake Constance. Article 3 contains a list of authorized fishing gear; article 4 concerns inspection and marking of fishing gear. The text consists of 30 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Special provisions for fishing gear (II); Limitation of fishing (III); Special provisions for spawn fishing (IV); Fishing inspection (V). One Annex is enclosed.
