Abstract
The present Law lays down provisions relating to the efficient enforcement of the Federal Land Consolidation Act in the Land Rheinland-Pfalz. The text consists of 20 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: Competences and proceedings (I); Costs and costs exemption (II); Arbitration proceedings (III); Nomination of honorary judges for the land consolidation courts (IV); Final provisions (V).
