Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Act on measures to improve agricultural structures and safeguard agricultural and forestry industries (Land Parcel Act) of 28 July 1961 (BGBl. I p. 1091). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the correct and efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned Act. The test consists of 5 articles.
