Abstract
The present Law implements the Federal Land Parcel Act (BGBl. I p. 1091) of 28 July 1961. Article 1 establishes that the sale of land up to a size of 2.0 hectare does not require any authorization according to the aforementioned Federal Act. The text consists of 2 articles.
