Abstract
This Law implements different regulations including Land Lease Contracts Act 1985 and Land Parcel Act 1961. This Law provides for performance of the district courts as agricultural courts to proceed with the disputes related to land lease agreements, the cancelation of lease, the right of inheritance including pension claims for farmers, farm estate, country estates and inherited goods. Jurisdiction of the courts are determined based on location of the farm. The Law further provides for procedural regulations for hearing the cases and reaching settlement before the presiding judge. This Law consists of 4 Sections and 61 Articles as follow: Subject matter jurisdiction and organisation of the courts (1); Agriculture matters of voluntary jurisdiction (2); Three disputed agricultural matters (3); Additional, transitional and final provisions (4). Many Articles of the Law are repealed.
