Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Laying Hens Industries Register Act of 12 September 2003(BGBl. I p. 1894). Article 1 of the afore-mentioned Ordinance establishes that enterprises not subject to registration may on request be registered. The text consists of 4 articles as follows: Voluntary registration (1); Enterprise number (2); Identification number (3); Entry into force (4).
