Abstract
Purpose of the present Law is the: 1) prevention of waste; 2) recycling and energetic re-use of waste; and 3) disposal of waste. Whoever uses waste disposal facilities of the municipality of Bremen shall produce as little waste as possible under the given circumstances. The text consists of 28 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Treatment of different kind of waste (II); Use of waste containers (III); Waste disposal facilities and waste acceptance places (IV); Three Annexes are enclosed.
