Abstract
The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to exceptions of bans on species protection as laid down in the Federal Nature Protections Act ofvom 29 July 2009 (BGBl. I p. 2542).The text consists of 3 articles as follows: General approval of exceptions (1); Power of nature protection authorities (2); Entry into force, repeal (3).
