Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Federal Plant Protection Act of 6 February 2012 (BGBl. I p. 148, 1281). Article 1 establishes that the resort to plant protection products must be reported in writing to the competent authority. Article 2 lists the details which such a notification has to contain. The text consists of 6 articles with regard to scope of application; notification; changes; costs and entry into force. Article 5 is repealed.
