Mecklenburg-Vorpommern Water Law (LWaG).

The present Law lays down provisions relating to water resources and water management in the Land Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. The Law is applicable to surface waters and to groundwater in so far they are part of surface waters, as well as to coastal waters.
