Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Milk Quality Ordinance (BGBl. I p. 878) of 9 July 1980. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the quality control of milk. The text consists of 5 articles as follows: Sampling of milk (1); Recognition and inspection of sampling devices in milk tankers (2); Quality characteristics, number of samples and evaluation (3); Other good features (4); Penalties (5).
