Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Milk Quality Ordinance (BGBl. I p. 878) of 9 July 1980. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the quality control of milk. The text consists of 8 articles as follows: Sampling of milk (1); Examination of milk (2); Monitoring of sampling (2a); Duty to inform (3); Costs of quality control (4); Penalties (5); Sphere of application (6); Gender issues (7); Entry into force (8).
