Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Federal Mining Act of 13 August 1980 (BGBl. I p. 1310). Article 1 establishes that for official acts of mining authorities carried out under the afore-mentioned Federal Mining Act fees shall be collected as laid down in the Annex. The text consists of 2 articles and 1 Annex.
