Abstract
An Ordinance to regulate the prohibition of traffic on waterways in national parks in the North of Germany (Schleswig-Holstein). However, the competent local authority may grant a special exception. Then the Ordinance deals with penalties in case of violations. The Ordinance consists of 8 articles.
