Nordrhein-Westfalen Animal Products Disposal Act Implementation Law.

The present Law implements the Federal Non-Edible Animal Products Disposal Act of 25 January 2004 (BGBl. I p. 82) and the Animal Health Act of 22 May 2013 (BGBl. I p. 1324). Article 1 establishes that the Land Nordrhein-Westfalen is responsible for the disposal of non-edible animal products according to article 3 of the afore-mentioned Federal Act. The administration of the Ministry competent for health matters shall be authorized to transfer non-edible products to incineration plants or similar facilities. The text consists of 33 articles divided into 7 Parts as follows: Animal disease (I); Animal Disease fund (II); Compensation (III); Costs (IV); Exchange of data (V); Disposal of non-edible animal products (VI); Final provisions (VII).
