Nordrhein-Westfalen General Mining Law.

The present Law lays down provisions relating to mining in the Land Nordrhein-Westfalen. Article 2 lists the minerals, for example, gold, silver, coal, rock salt, uranium and others to which the present law applies. However, the State may transfer such functions to third parties.
