Abstract
The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Rotterdam Convention on the Prior Informed Consent Procedure for Certain Hazardous Chemicals and Pesticides in International Trade. In particular, the Ordinance amends Annex III of the afore-mentioned Convention listing chemicals that have been banned or severely restricted for health or environmental reasons by two or more Parties and which the Conference of the Parties has decided to subject to the PIC procedure.
