Ordinance amending the Animal Disease Protection Ordinance and other Animal Disease Ordinances.

The amendments of the Animal Disease Protection Ordinance in its consolidated version of 31 March 1996 (BGBl. I p. 431) concern, inter alia, addition of article 10a: Ban on certain animals and other goods; addition of article 13a: Provisions for certain kinds of monkeys; article 34a: Imported monkeys and half-monkey. Moreover, the Fowl Pest Ordinance in its consolidated version of 21 December 1994 (BGBl. I p. 3930); the Bees Disease Ordinance in its consolidated version of 24 November 1995 (BGBl. I p. 1652) and the Animal Transportation Ordinance in its consolidated version of 29 August 1995 (BGBl. I p. 1092, 1248) are amended. The Ordinance consists of 8 articles.
