Abstract
The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Chemicals-Climate Protection Ordinance of 2 July 2008. In particular, the Ordinance amends, inter alia, article 7 on Marking; it addes article 8 on Other operating obligations; article 9 on Marketing, sale and purchase of fluorinated greenhouse gases; and article 11 on Penalties. The text consists of 3 articles.
