Abstract
The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to Chemicals Prohibition Ordinance in its consolidated version of 13 June 2003 (BGBl. I . p. 867). In particular, it rewords paragraph 1 of article 3 concerning packaging of hazardous substances; it adds also Parts 29-31 to the Annex listing dangerous substances.
