Abstract
The present Ordinance introduces some substantial amendments to the Feedstuffs Ordinance in its version of 15 October 2015. In particular, the Ordinance adds, inter alia, a Part 5 on Penalties and violations divided into 2 chapters as follows: 1) Certain Violations in breach of the Feedstuffs Ordinance; 2) Certain violations in breach of the Directive No. 999/2001.
