Ordinance amending the Foodstuff Import Ordinance.

The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Foodstuffs Import Ordinance in its version of 15 September 2011. In particular, the Ordinance amends article 2 dealing with the implementation of Commission Decision 2007/275/EC concerning lists of animals and products to be subject to controls at border inspection posts under Council Directives 91/496/EEC and 97/78/EC. Furthermore, the Ordinance adds an article 8a on Procedure after completion of the import investigation for certain consignments.
