Abstract
The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Hazardous Goods Transport Ordinance - Road, Rail and Inland Waterways in its version of 30 March 2015. In particular, the Ordinance replaces article 35 by the following: article 35 on Storage; article 35a on Road traffic; article 35b on Transport of hazardous goods; article 35c on Exceptions; article 36a on Transport of hazardous goods. Furthermore, some items of Annex 2 are amended.
