Abstract
The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Meat Labelling Ordinance (BGBl. I p. 1715) of 30 June 2009 and the Second Meat Act Implementing Ordinance (BGBl. I p. 2186) of 12 November 2008. In particular, the Ordinance adds a paragraph 3 on labelling of carcasses up to 12 month old bovine to the former, and amends Annex 1 of the latter.
